Women's Billabong Pro
Last week we headed up to Honolua Bay to check out the Billabong Pro Maui. It was awesome. All of the best women's surfers were there and the winner of the event would win the world champion title for 2003. YOu can find out all of the details on the event here. Oddly enough this is the first time that I have found anything from Maui on the web that was actually well done. The Internet is like a religion everybody must believe in it for it to be effective. Unfortunately it seems nobody in Maui believes in it. Oh well. Here are some photos of the breaks at Honolua and of Keala Kennelly.

Hey you guys - Suzy is home and we have made plans to spend the summer on the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica learning to surf. Perhaps we will be at the Billabong Pro Maui in say, 2020? One never knows. I look forward to your visit. Sarah
